These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of Nontrivial, our trivia game platform. By using our service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

1. Using Nontrivial

You need to be at least 13 years old to use Nontrivial. By using our service, you're telling us you meet this requirement.

You're responsible for your account and what happens with it. Keep your login information secure and let us know if someone uses your account without permission.

When you create content on Nontrivial (like custom questions or group names), you keep ownership of it. However, you give us permission to use it to run our service and make it available to other users as intended.

The Nontrivial platform, including our logo, design, and trivia questions we create, belongs to us. You can use it to play games, but please don't copy or redistribute it.
